When you book a door assessment, I’ll come out to measure your door and get a good look at the project. We’ll talk through the styles and options you’re interested in, and I’ll answer any questions you have about the process. After the assessment, I’ll put together a quote so you know exactly what to expect for your door replacement or repair.
Cancellation Policy
Door Assessment Booking Policy By scheduling a free door assessment with Happy Valley Doors, you are reserving a time slot dedicated to reviewing your project and providing an estimate. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If we arrive for your scheduled appointment and you are unavailable or the site is inaccessible, a rebooking fee may apply to schedule a new appointment. This fee covers the time and travel costs associated with missed appointments. We value your time and do our best to stay on schedule, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep appointments running smoothly for all our customers.
