This appointment is for final measurements and confirming all details before your door is ordered. We’ll double-check sizing, finalize design selections, and make sure everything is ready to move forward with installation.


Cancellation Policy

This appointment is for confirming exact measurements and final project details before your door is ordered. This step is typically booked after your quote is approved. If you haven’t approved yet, no problem — please note any questions or changes in the booking form so we can come prepared. Most visits take 45–60 minutes, depending on the project. We’ll confirm sizing, swing direction, fit, and finalize selections like style, glass, color, hardware, and trim details. After this visit, changes to size or selections may affect pricing and lead time. If a deposit is needed to place the order, we’ll handle that during or right after this appointment. If anything has changed since the initial assessment (damage, trim concerns, access issues, new style ideas, etc.), please include it in your notes when booking.
