Service Description

This is when your new door gets installed. We remove the old unit, prepare the opening, and install your new door so it fits right, seals properly, and operates smoothly. We take the time to make sure everything is secure and finished cleanly. Our goal is simple — a door that looks great, operates smoothly, and is built to last. We don’t rush installs. We make sure it’s done right.


Cancellation Policy

We schedule installation days as full-day appointments to allow enough time to do the job without rushing. While we do our best to stay on schedule, a few things can cause delays or require rescheduling: Weather: Heavy rain, high winds, snow/ice, or extreme cold can affect exterior work, sealing, and safety. If conditions aren’t suitable, we may need to adjust the schedule. Unforeseen job conditions: Hidden rot, framing issues, out-of-square openings, or unexpected repairs may add time. If we run into something like this, we’ll explain the options before moving forward. Material or delivery delays: If a door, glass, or hardware arrives late or incorrect, we may need to reschedule to avoid installing something that isn’t right. If we need to delay or reschedule due to any of the above, we’ll communicate as early as possible and work with you to get a new installation date on the calendar quickly.
